So:

I walked 60km in January. 5km now feels like a decent walk instead of an exhausting slog.

I also did approximately 6 hours of swimming in January and have definitely improved. I can now swim more than two lengths without needing to take a break.

I also lost a couple of pounds which is kind of a nice bonus.

February Resolution is nice and simple: Drink more water. My skin seriously needs me to drink more water. I plan to achieve this by filling a 1 litre bottle every morning.

 It's going pretty well!

My resolution for January is to say yes to doing stuff. Because frankly I spend a lot of time when not working still in my bedroom staring at my laptop. I need to get out more. So I've been saying "Sure, let me get my stuff together and we'll go now!" instead of reflexively (and yeah it really has become a reflex) saying "no thanks" when someone asks me to go for a walk or my sister-in-law asks me to go swimming, etc.

As a result I've done three 5km walks in the last week and been to the local pool for the first time in ages. Turns out the pool has a jacuzzi now.
